In this podcast episode, I elucidate the enigma of sleep. A science article I read stated that science doesn’t know why mammals, birds, and fish need sleep. And then I recognized a host of other questions that modern science also doesn’t know to answer: What is time? What is space? What is motion? What is thinking? What is consciousness? Why do we sleep? In my view, all of these questions have something in common, namely that there is a spiritual, non-material dimension to our reality, and that is where we find the answers science couldn’t find.
